What is propolis?
Propolis is the most versatile bee product. The smart bees fill all openings with propolis, through which microbes could enter the beehive, they seal cracks and gaps and coat the cells in which the queen bee will lay her eggs. Since they have been on this Earth for millions of years, they clearly know what good protection is. However, studies have also confirmed that propolis in the right doses has an antiviral and anti-inflammatory effect.
